17. Charcoal/ Imported Charcoal

18. Rentals; Audio/ Video & Tents Terms & Conditions

a) Sealed Quotation should be addressed to Hotel Himalaya Pvt. Ltd. P.O. Box No. 2141, Kathmandu, Nepal and delivered to the said office on or before 4th July 2019 (2076/03/19) from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

b) Quotation forms with standards and specifications of items with required quantities can be purchased from the Procurement Office on payment of Rs. 1,000/-

c) Quotation received later than the due date will not be accepted.

d) Hotel reserves the right to accept or reject a part or whole of any of the submitted quotation without assigning any reason whatsoever.
