Invitation for Bids for the supply and delivery of 0.03 and 0.05 sq. inch ACSR Conductor

1. NEA, Hetauda Regional Office invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply and Delivery 0.03 & 0.05 Sq. Inch ACSR Conductor under National Competitive Bidding procedures.

2. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:                                                                                                 Minimum Average Annual Turnover the last 3 years; NRs. 4,24,00,000.00

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of NEA, Hetauda Regional Office, Hetauda, Makwanpur, Nepal (email: hetauda.ro@nea.org.np) or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents is available online and can be downloaded from www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp by eligible Bidders along with the notarized copy of company/firm registration certificate, VAT/PAN Registration. Tax Clearance Certificate/Tax Return Submission Evidence up to last Fiscal Year and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the cost of bidding document of 5000.00 NRs in the following bank account.

5. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office NEA, Hetauda Regional Office, Hetauda, Makwanpur. Nepal through PPMO website www.bolpatra .gov.np/egp on or before 08-07-2019 12:00. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. The bids will be opened in the presence (or without presence) of the authorized representatives of the Bidders who choose to attend at 08-07-2019 14:00 hours at the office of NEA, Hetauda Regional Office, Hetauda, Makwanpur, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security in pdf format for c-bid, amounting to a minimum of 21.16,000.00NRs which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

8. NEA reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
