Individual Consultant for Proposal (ICP)

Strengthening the Rule of Law and Human Rights (RoLHR) Protection System in Nepal Programme calls sealed bids offer (Technical and Financial) from legally registered and authorize individual consultants to provide technical support to National Women Commission (NWC) for drafting NWC Regulation.

This assignment is intended to support NWC in drafting the NWC Regulation in line with the NWC Bill, which is under review in the Women and Children Sub-Committee of the Legislative Parliament. As per the direction received from the Legislative Parliament to start drafting the NWC Regulation, the technical support from the expert with expertise in women’s right and legal drafting will be useful in preparing the Regulation for NWC – a new constitutional body.

Eligibility Criteria for Consultant (1 no),:

  • Meeting of all required skills and experiences mentioned in the TOR
  • Meeting of all legal requirements i.e. VAT registration. Tax clearance certificate etc.
  • Should be able to deliver task in a stipulated time frame.

The Bid must be prepared in line with the Terms of Reference (TOR) provided and submitted to the above address not later than 17:00 hrs on Wednesday, 13 September 2017.
