5. Nepal Telecom intends procure passenger lifts under the Contract for NT/Civil/074/075-01. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from Nepal.
6. Nepal Telecom invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Passenger Lifts under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
7. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of:

Civil Infrastructure Department

Nepal Telecom, Central Office, Bhadrakali Plaza, Kathmandu, Nepal

8. Bidding documents may be purchased on or before 2074/06/20 till 5:00 Pm from the above office of Nepal Telecom, Bhadrakali Plaza by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-re fundable fee of Nepali Rupees 10.000.00 in cash or in form of bank receipt for fee deposited in:

9. Pie-bid meeting shall be held at Nepal Telecom. Civil infrastructure Department. Bliadrakali Plaza at 2074 0606 at 13:00 horn’s
10. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the above office of Nepal Telecom on or before 2074/06/22 by 12:00 noon. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
11. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 horn’s on 2074/06/22 at the office of Nepal Telecom. Bhadrakali Plaza. Bids must be valid for a period of at least 120 days (2074/10/21 (Feb 04,2018)) counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security from Nepal Rastra Bank approved class A commercial bank of Nepal, amounting to Nepalese Rupees 4.00000.00, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (2074/11/22 (March 06.2018))
12. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
13. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
