• The Government of Nepal. Radio Broadcasting Service. Radio Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply and Delivery of Smio Equipment. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders.
• Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified In Government of Nepal. Public Procurement Act. 2007 AD (Including Amendment) and Public Procurement Regulations. 2007 AD (Including Amendment).
• Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from 10:00 to 17:00 hours at the office of Radio Broadcasting Service. Radio Nepal. Singha Durbar. Kathmandu. Nepal.

• Eligible bidders are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Nepali Rupees NRs. 3000.00 (Three Thousand Rupees) for the submission of bid document in the form of bank receipt for fee deposited in Government of Nepal. Radio Nepal revenue account (Account No.: 113000102001. Rastriya Banijjya Bank in the form of bank draft in favor of the Radio Nepal. Singha Durbar. Kathmandu. Nepal.
• Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Radio Broadcasting Service. Radio Nepal. Singha Durbar. Kathmandu. Nepal at 13:00 hours. Monday. March 26. 2018.
• Sealed Bids must be submitted electronically (Online) on or before 12:00 hours. April 4. 2018. Bids Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
• Bids must be valid for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) days counting from the day of bid opening Bids Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
• Bids must be valid for a period of ninety (120) days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to Nepalese Rupees 206.620 – (Two Lakh Sixty Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty Rupees Only) which shall be valid for a minimum 30 days.
• Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the office of Radio Broadcasting Service. Radio Nepal. Singha Durbar. Kathmandu. Nepal at 14:00 Hours. April 3. 2018.
• In the comparison of Bids. Domestic Preference Scheme will be applied in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the instruction to Bidders.
• If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
• The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
