The Bahradashi Rural Municipality has allocated funds towards the cost of Supply and Delivery of Pre-stresed concrete (PSC) pole and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract Supply and Delivery of Pre-stressed conrete (PSC) pole, Contract identification no:- NCB/Bahradashi/EP/02/074-75. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.

1. Bahradashi Rural Municipality invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery of PSC pole under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Bahradashi Rural Municipality Office, Chakchaki, Jhapa or may visit PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased from the office of Bahradashi Rural Municipality, Chakchaki, Jhapa by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration, business registration certificate, Vat and PAN registration certificate and tax clearance certificate of fiscal year 2073/074 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nrs 3000.00 before 17.00 Hrs of 19th March, 2018 (5th Chaitra, 2074). Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost(as specified above) of bidding document in the Project’s Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. Bid Document may be purchased from the Bahradashi Rural Municipality Office, Chakchaki, Jhapa upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nrs 3000.00 in cash or may deposit on office account as stated above.

4. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office stated below or through PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np. on or before 12.00 Hrs. of 20th March 2018(6th Chaitra, 2074). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in notice with validity period for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid in accordance with clause 19 of ITB. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the Office of Bahradashi Rural Municipality, Chakchaki, Jhapa immediately after the submission deadline at 13:00 Noon 20th March 2018(6th Chaitra, 2074).
5. Information or data submitted by the bidder which is either incomplete or unclear or not substantiated by supporting documents shall not be considered for evaluation.
6. Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.
7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. Other Related rules and regulation are as per Public Procurement Act – 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation – 2064.
9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
