- Jeevan Bikas Samaj (JBS), Katahari Morang having its Liaison Office at Subidhanagar, Kathmandu, intends to construct its corporate Building at Bijulibazar, Kathmandu on its own land under the contract for construction of new building.
- Jeevan Bikas Samaj, Katahari Morang, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the followings construction works. Some of the qualification criteria mentioned below, though the details are mentioned in the biding document.

- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased from the address above by interested bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate and upon payment of a non-refundable fee Rs. 5,000.00 (Nrs. Five Thousand Only) on or before as mentioned in above for each set.
- Bidder’s representative who wishes to purchase bid document shall furnish authority letter issued by the authorized person of the firms.
- Bidder shall quote the item rates in the BOQ (in figure as well as in words) exclusive of VAT.
- Total Bid price shall be mentioned cither in Bill OfQuantity or Letter OF Bid, otherwise the Bid shall be considered non Responsive.
9.Sealed Bids must be submitted to the office of Jeevan Bikas Samaj, Katahari Morang or Contact office of JBS at Subidhanagar, Kathmandu, indicating contract identification number, name of the contract, name of bidder’s firm and its address on or before 12:00 hours on as mentioned above. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security Amount as stated above. Late bids will be rejected.
lO.Bids will be opened at 2074/11/22 in the presence of ESidders1 representatives at 14:00 hrs at Liaison Office (Subidhanagar, Kathmandu) of Jeevan Bikas Samaj.
11 .If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday it shall be extended to the next working day. Any corrections needed shall be published on notice board of Jeevan Bikas Samaj.
12.Other related rules and regulations are as per Jeevan Bikas Samaj Rules and Regulation and others Public Procurement Act-2063(revised 2068)and Public Procurement Regulations-2064.
13.Information or data submitted by the bidder which is either incomplete or unclear or not substantiated by supporting documents shall not be considered forevaluation.
- Bidders are advised to visit site and access the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.
- JBS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award.
