Invitation of Bids for Construction of road

1. Office of Malarani rural Municipality Arghakhanchi has allocated budget for the construction works of road through village assembly 2074.
2. Malarani rural Municipality invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction works for road.
3. Bidding documents may be purchased from the office of Malarani rural Municipality on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-re fundable fee for bid documents as mentioned in the following table until the 21th Apr, 2018 (8 baishak, 2075 BS) within office hour.

5. Each bidder shall bid only one bid, either individually or as a partner in a joint venture. To facilitate contract administration, the number of partners in J/V is limited to 3 (Three).
6. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the office of Malarani rural Municipality Arghakhanchi till 12:00 hours (noon) on 22 Apr, 2018 (9 baishak, 2075 BS) Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
7. Bids shall be opened physically in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who are choosed to attend at  on 22th Apr,2018 (9th Baishak 2075 BS). at the office of Malarani rural Municipality
8. Pre-Bid meeting shall be held at the office of Malarani rural Municipality Arghakhanchi at 11:00 am on 13 th Apr 2018 (9th Baishak 2075 BS )
9. If the last date of submission and opening and pre-bid meeting falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with efiect from the original bid submission deadline.
10. Bidders are advised to visit and assess the actual site condition before submitting their bids.
11. The rural municipality receives the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
