1. Office of Gulmidarbar Rural Municipality, Gaudakot, Gulmi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following items:

Bidding documents may be purchased from the above office of Gulmidarbar Rural Municipality Gulmi by eligible bidders on the submission of a written application accompanied by a letter of Authority from Principal/manufacturer to the address above, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate valid for F.Y. 2073/074, VAT/PAN Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3,000/- in cash for a set of bidding documents (two copies) or in form of bank receipt for fee deposited in Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, Tamghas, Gulmi, account no 3010303007104 Dharauti Khata on behalf of Office Of Gulmidarbar Rural Municipality, Gulmi.
4. Sealed Bids must be submitted to Office Of Gulmidarbar Rural Municipality, Gulmi on or before 12:00 Pm (Noon) on 2075 Baisakh 8. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at the address above at 14:00 PM on 2075 Baisakh 8. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to amount mentioned above of NRs 95,000.00 of bid amount valid 120 days beyond bid validity.
6. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a ease the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
7. Bids should comply in all respects with the Instruction to Bidder included in the bid document. Non compliance with this instruction shall result in disqualification.
8. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
