Invitation for Bid for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testingand Commissioning of LP System and Earthing System

1. The Government of Nepal, Radio Broadcasting Service, Radio Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of supply, deliver)’, installation, testing and commissioning of LP System and Earthing System. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders.
2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified. In Government of Nepal, Public Procurement Act, 2007 AD (Including Amendment) and Public Procurement Regulations, 2007 AD (Including Amendment).

4. A complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased by interested Bidders Within 12:00 Noon on April 3. 2018 during the office hours by eligible Bidders on the submission ofa written application, along with the copy of Company/Firm Registration certificate from Radio Bradcasting Service, Radio Nepal, Singha Durbar,Kathmandu, Nepal and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nepali RupeesNRs. 3000.00 (Three Thousand Rupees) for each set in cash or in form of bank receipt for fee deposited in Government of Nepal, Radio Nepal revenue account [Account No. : 113000102001, Rastriya Banijjya Bank in the form of bank draft in favor of the Radio Nepal, Singha Durbar,Kathmandu, Nepal.
5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Radio Broadcasting Service. Radio Nepal, Singha Durbar. Kathmandu, Nepal at 13:00 hours, March 23, 2018
6. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the above office of Radio Broadcasting Service. Radio Nepal, Singha Durbar, Kathmandu, on or before 12:00 hours on April 3, 2018. Bids Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
7. Bids must be valid for a period of ninety (120) days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to Nepalese Rupees 206.620/- (Two Lakh Sixty Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty Rupees Only) which shall be valid for a minimum 30days.
8. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choosc to attend at the office of Radio Broadcasting Service, Radio Nepal, Singha Durbar. Kathmandu, Nepal at 14:00 Hours, April 3, 2018.
9. In the comparison of Bids. Domestic Preference Scheme will be applied in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the instruction to Bidders.
10. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
11. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
