Supply delivery and Installation of Latest Iridium-192 based High Dose Rate Brachytherapy Machine -1 Set IFB Number: BPKMCH/ICB/1/2018-19

1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project.
2. P. Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital, Bharatpur, Chitwan has received funds from Ministry of Health and Population, Government of Nepal, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this funds to payments under the Contract for Supply , Delivery and Installation of Latest Iridium-192 based High Dose Rate Chemotherapy Machine -1 Set one package as detailed in the table below.

3. P. Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital, Bharatpur, Chitwan, Nepal now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for supply and delivery of Latest Iridium-192 based High Dose Rate Brachytherapy Machine – 1 Set delivered and install at our facility at Bharatpur , Chitwan , Nepal .
4. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures of Government of Nepal. 9841823779
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents from the Procurement sub- Section of B.P.K.M.C.H at Bharatpur Chitwan , Nepal during 9:00 A:M to 4:30 P:M (local time) on office days.
6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 10,000.00 or US$. 100.00 For each set. Payment shall be in the form of cash deposit certificate in Revenue Title no 0508601173472012 of Agriculture Development Bank Limited, Bharatpur Branch, Bharatpur, Nepal. Foreign bidders can also pay through a bank draft in favor of B.P. Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital, Bharatpur, Chitwan, Nepal. The documents will be available from January 9, 2018 and until 4:00 Hours (local time) of 45 days from the date of publication of Notice i: e February 22, 2018 The Bidding Documents will also be sent by courier upon submission of an additional non-refundable courier fee of NRs.5000/- or US$. 50.00 And a request letter of the bidder. However, B.P.K.M.C.H will not he responsible for delay or non-delivery of documents so sent.
7. Bids must be Submission through E- Bidding but Hard Copy of the Bidding Document will be delivered to the address below at or within three days after Bid opening Date at 16:00 PM . All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security not less than 2.5% of bid price in accordance with clause 21 of ITB. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below at 14:00 hours (local time) on February 23, 2018.
