2. Bidders wishes to submit the cash security. the cash should be deposited in deposit account No 00202000000003000001 operated by Distinct Treasury control office payment center No.2 Sundhara at Nepal Bank Limited Dliannapath. Kathmandu and submit the receipt of the deposit amount of cash flow with the sealed bid Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may upload the the receipt of the bid security deposited amount m e-GP portal

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Kathmandu-Terai / Madhesh Fast Track Road Project. Nepal Army Headquarters Bhadrakab. Tel 977-1-4258263. Fax 977-1-4223146. email ktmftroadproiect@nepalarmy.mil.np or may visit www http//bolpatra.gov.np

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Kathmandu-Terai /Madhesh Fast Track Road Project, Nepal Army Headquarters Bhadrakali. Tel 977 -1- 4258263 by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non refundable as mentioned above till 2074.09.05 dunning office hours.

Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www bolpatra.gov.np’egp Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project s Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Kathmandu -Terai’Madhesh Fast Track Road Project .Bhadrakali Kathmandu on 2074/8/24 at 1.00PM

6. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office Kathmandu -Terai/Madhesh Fast Track Road Project by hand/courier or through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np on or before 12.00 on 2074.9.06 Bids received after this deadline will be rejected

7. The Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2.00 PM on 2074.09.6 at the office of Kathmandu -Terai /Madhesh Fast Track Road Project.

8 If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

9. The bidders are allowed to bid in only one bids. In case if bidders bid more than two bids, it will be disqualified for bid evaluation process

10. After e-submission of Bids, hard copies of Documents and details should be submitted within 7 days from the date of bid opening otherwise the bid shall not be entertained for further evaluation. No other notice shall be published for this purpose.
