Terms and Conditions:
- The above items can be inspected during office hours from 21 – 22 June 2017 during the hours 10AM to 4 PM at HAIN office in Jawalakhel chowk, Lalitpur.
- Completed Sealed Bids Should be submitted to HAIN by 22June 2017 on or before 5 PM with “Bid for Sale of Item Name” on the envelope.
- The above items will be sold ‘as is where is” basis. The purchaser will be responsible for all transfer costs, transportation, man power to load and take away the items.
- The selected bidder has to pay 100% of the total value offered within 5 days after receiving the information from HAIN. The ownership transfer can be made only in the name of the selected bidder, no exception will be given.
- The buyer should remove the item/s from HAIN premises within 3 days after the final payment. The vehicle will not be released from the premises without presenting a copy of the transferred registration book.
- If the bidder fail to deposit bidding price within the specified date and time then next bidder shall be offered for depositing bidding price.
- Relevant documents/papers will be handed over to successful bidder dunning handover of item/s.
- HAIN does not bind itself to accept the highest or any offer.
- g) HAIN will not be responsible for any claim after the handover of the Item/s.
10) HAIN reserves the right to cancel/reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
