• The Government of Nepal [GoN]has allocated funds towards the cost of Various Construction Works at Pashupati Area and intends lo apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the following Contract s/ur/us specified below/. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document.
• Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT)invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of /as specified below/ under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

• Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years with in the last 10 years: /as specified below/
• Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: /as specified below/
• Under the Single Stage. Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid. both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.
• Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Pashupati Area Development Trust, Gaushala, Kathmandu, 01-4470764, 01- 4470340 and Fax 01-4472962 andpashupatipadKayahoo.com and padtpushuputinath(a gmail.com or may visit PPMO’s website bolpatra.gov.np/ep/oT may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Pashupati Area Development Trust, Gaushala, Kathmanduand the office Pashupati Area Development Trust, Gaushala, Kathmanduby eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of /as specified below/till 2074/04/1 116 July, 2017/during office hours.

Bidder w ho chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatia.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project’s Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

• Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Pashupati Area Development Trust, Gaushala, Kathmandu on 2074/03/19 (3 July, 2017), Monday at 11:00 AM.

bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before/2:00 on 2074/04/2 (17July, 2017). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00, 2074/04/2 (17July, 2017) at the office of Pashupati Area Development Trust,

Gaushala, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of /as specified below/, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 120 days)

1. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
