Bids Invitation for the Supply, Delivery of Vehicles (Hatchback Car)

1. The Inland Revenue Department invites sealed bids manually or electronically from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply, Delivery of Vehicles (Hatchback Car) under National Competitive Ridding procedures. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Inland Revenue Department, La/.impat, Kathmandu, Nepal.
3. Hard copy of the Bidding documents may be purchased from the office of Inland Revenue Department, lazimpatby eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/ firm registration certificate, tax clearance of fiscal year 2072/73 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 5,000.00 during office hours on or before 17′¹‘ September, 2017.

Bidding documents may be downloading the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of e- bid submission.

4. A Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at the office given below at 14:00 hours, on 6th September. 2017
5. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of Inland Revenue Department, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, Nepal on or before 18″’ September 2017 at 12:00 noon. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted. Alternatively, Bidders may submit their bids electronically through PPMO e-GP portal http://www.bolpatra. npwithin the above deadline for bid submission.
6. Those Bidders, who submit the bid electronically, are required to submit Original Bid Security Letter. Bank Voucher and other original documents related to bid to the Purchaser within 7 days from the bid opening date and time. Non submission of those documents will lead to be non-responsiveness of the bid.
7. The sealed bids and the e-Submitted bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 18^,h September 2017 a/ 2:00 PMat\\\c office of Inland Revenue Department, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 </tfr.scountingfrom the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security from “A” class commercial bank, amounting to Nepalese Rupees 716,000.00 (In words : Seven Lakhs sixteen thousand only ) which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
8. The Bidders, who choose to deposit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in District Treasury Controller Office Payment Center no. 3, Deposit Account No.: 1100203, Office Code No : 27-305-03 at RastriyaBanijaya Bank, Thamel Branch and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
9. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
10. Thclnland Revenue Department reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever
