1. Metropolitan Traffic Police Division Ramshah path, Kathmandu invites sealed bids form registered eligible and interested bidders for procurement of the following N99 Standard Mask under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The name and identification of the contract arc as follows:

• Duration of Bid Security : 90 days from the date of bid opening.
• Last Date of Bid purchase: 2075/03/01
• Last Date & Time of Bid Submission: 2075/03/03, 12:00 Hours
• Bid Opening Date and Time: 2075/03/03, 14:00 Hours
• Bids received after above mentioned date and time will be rejected.
• If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday,then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. Insuch case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
• Other things not included in bidding documents will be as per PPA 2063 (1st amended 2073) and PPR 2064(Latest amended).
• The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
• Pre Bid Meeting Shall be held at Metropolitan Traffic police Division Ramshahpath, Kathmanduat 2075- 02-24, 13:00 Hours.
