Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Sport Utility Vehicle

1. National Center for Educational Development, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following items:

• Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at National Center for Educational Development, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur or may visit PPMO website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
• A complete set of bidding documents (Hard Copy) in English may be purchased on or before 5 PM, 05, February, 2018 from National Center for Educational Development, Sanothimim Bhaktapur by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application accompanied by a letter of Authority from the Principal / Manufacturer to the address above, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3,000/-for Each Tender. For the purpose of Bidders who choose to submit their bid electronically through PPMO’s website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/eRp, the Bidders have to download the necessary part of bidding documents, prepare their bid and submit their electronic bids as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. In case the Bidder who chooses to download and submit bid electronically, the Bidder shall be required to deposit the non-refundable fee of NRs. 3,000 for each tender in the Revenue (Rajaswa) account as specified below and electronic scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall also be submitted along with the electronic bid files.

• Sealed bids must be delivered to National Center for Educational Development, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur at or before 12:00 hours on or before 06, February, 2018. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of bid submission. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of amount mentioned above valid 30 days beyond Bid validity.
• Bids received after the deadline of the submission will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 14:00 Hours on 06, February, 2018.
• If the last day for purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
• Bank Guarantee issued by any finance company in any form will not be accepted.
• Bids should comply in all respects with the Instructions to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Non compliance with this instructions will result in disqualification.
• The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or party any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
