The Prime Minister Agriculture Modernization Project invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply, delivery of Pick up and SUV car at Project Management Unit, under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures.

• Bidding documents may be purchased on or before 5th February, 2018 from the office of Prime Minister Agriculture Modernization Project/Project Management Unit, Basundhara, Kathmandu by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as mentioned above or of bank receipt for fee deposited in Office Account Prime Minister Agriculture Modernization Project/Project Management Unit, Basundhara, Kathmandu. Revenue Heading Account Number 14227 in Rastriya Banijva Bank, Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal.
• The eligible bidders may obtain the further information and can inspect the bidding document in bolpatra.gov.np and the e-Bidding procedures shall be specified in the bid document.
• Sealed bids must be submited to Prime Minister Agriculture Modernization Project, Project management unit, Basundhara. Kathmandu, at or before 12:00 pm on or before 6th February, 2018. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of bid submission. All bids must be accompanied by a respective bid security of amount mentioned above, valid 30 days beyond Bid validity. The Bidders who wish to deposite bid security in cash should deposite in Le.Ni.Ka., Lainchaur Dharauti Account No. 1100203000000 (Rastriya Banijya Bank, Thamel).
• The bidders, who choose to submit bid electronically, shall also submit original hard copy of bidding document mandatorily. If bidder fails to submit original copy of bidding document within deadline, the bidder shall be considered as non-responsive bidder.
• Bids received after the deadline of the submission will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 2:00 pm on 6th February, 2018.
• If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
