  1. National Zoological Garden, Suryabinayak, Bhaktapur invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Office Building Construction Works under National Competitive Bidding-Two Envelope Bidding procedures.Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs 60.000,000.00 (Sixty Million Only).

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: At least One RCC Building with Project cost NRs 70.000.000.00 (Seventy Million Only).

  1. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of National Zoological Garden. Suryabinayak. Bhaktapuror Government of Nepal. Department of National Park and Wildlife Conservation. Babarmahal. Kathmandu. Nepal. 01-4220216. 4220850. 4220912. 4227926 or may visit PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np.
  • A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office National Zoological Garden. Suryabinayak. Bhaktapur and the office Department of National Park and Wildlife Conservation. Babarmahal. Kathmandu, by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration certificate, TAX clcarancc of FAT 2072/073 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRS 5000.00 (Five Thousand Only) till 5:00 am 22nt* May, 2017. The Bidding Documents can also be sent by post/courier services. However, the Employer will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of the documents so sent. Or

Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may down load the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the Project’s Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.   1. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at office National Zoological Garden. Suryabinayak. Bhaktapur at 11:00 am on I21*1 May, 2017.
  2. Scaled or electronic bids must be submitted to the officc National Zoological Garden, Suryabinayak. Bhaktapur by hand/courier or through PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np. on or before 12:00 Pm on 23rd May 2017. Bids received alter this deadline will be rejected.
  3. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 Pm on 23™ May 2017at the officc of National Zoological Garden, Suryabinayak, Bhaktapur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of c-bid.amounting to a minimum of Nrs 2,100.000.00 (Two Million One Hundred Thousand Only)which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
  • If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
  • Other mandatory information as per Public Procurement Act and Public Procurement Regulations.
