1. Faculty of Agriculture, Agriculture and Forestry University unites sealed Tender bids from registered suppliers or eligible bidders for the procurement of Four Wheel Drive Double Cab Pickt’p No. 1 (Full Option) with necessary accessories.
2. Bid documents can be purchased from the Agriculture and Forestry University. Faculty of Agriculture. Dean Office. Rampur. Chitwan upon submission of a written request attaching duly attested copies of bidder’s registration. VAT registration. Tax Clearance Certificate of fiscal year 072/073 and upon payment of a non-refundable amount of NRs. 2.000/- (Two Thousand) on or before the office hour of 15 days from first publication.

• Sealed bids must be submitted at Faculty of Agriculture. Dean Office. Rampur on before at 14:00 PM on 22th day of first publication.

1. Bids shall be opened in the prepuce of Bidders representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 PM of 24th day of first publication at the Faculty of Agriculnue. Dean Office. ChitwaiL
2. Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of cash Rs. 1.00.000/-. The cash should be deposited in Nepal Bank Limited. Rampur Branch. Rampur A C No. 0850010119961400001 or a bid bond issued by a class A commercial bank approved by Nepal Bank Limited validity period of 90 days.
3. If the specified date for bid document purchasing, submission & opening falls on government holiday then the same time on the next working day shall be considered for such events. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
