• The Agriculture Botany Division, Khumaltar, Lalitpur, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Screen House at Agriculture Botany Division, Khumaltar. The bidder may submit the sealed bid for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Screen House at Agriculture Botany Division, Khumaltar, Lalitpur. Bidding is open to all eligible National Bidders as defined in Bid document, if applicable.

• Bidding documents may be purchased from Agriculture Botany Division, Khumaltar, Lalitpur by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 3000.00 (Three thousand only). Non-operative Account No – 4141234051524006, Name of office-Agriculture Botany Division, Khumaltar, Lalitpur, at NIC ASIA Bank Ltd. Satdobato Lalitpur.
• Sealed Bids must be submitted to Agriculture Botany Division, Khumaltar, Lalitpur on or before 2074-12-28, 12:00 Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
• Last date of Bid Document Purchase will be 2074-12-27 within Office time.
• The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2074-12-28, 14:00 Hrs at the office of Agriculture Botany Division, Khumaltar, Lalitpur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of 108,000/ (One Lakh Eight Thousand only) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (120 Days)
• If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No: 180-51-0016856, Kosh tatha Lekha Niyantrak Karyalaya, Lalitpur. Office Name: Agriculture Botany Division, Khumaltar, Lalitpur Office code 28-312-52 at Nepal Bank Limited, Gabahal, Lalitpur and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
• Pre-Bid meeting shall be organized on 2074-12-18 at 11:00 Hrs, Agriculture Botany Division, Khumaltar, Lalitpur.
• If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
• The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
