1. Nepal Water Supply Corporation (NWSC), Branch Office, Gaushala, Mahottari invited electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction of Office Building at Rajkhor, Ward No. 4, Gaushala, Mahottari under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount for the works is Rs. 1,27,09,757.98 (with VAT).
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Nepal Water Supply Corporation (NWSC) Branch Office, Gaushala, Mahottari, Tel. No. 044-520089 Fax. 044- 520089, email address : sunilkumar22766@gmail.com or may visit PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np/cgp.
3. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the c-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document (Non-refundable NRs. Three Thousands only) in the following bank.

4. A Pre-bid meeting will take place on the 22 day (2075/01/06) from the first date of publication of this notice at Nepal Water Supply Corporation, Branch Office:- Gaushala, Mahottari at 13:00 hours if that day falls on a Government Holiday then the meeting will be held on next working day.
5. Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the Nepal Water Supply Corporation, Branch Office Gaushala, Mahottari on or before 12:00 hours of 31^st day (2075/04/15) from the first date of publication of this notice.
6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hours, on the last date of submission at NWSC Branch Office, Gaushala, Mahottari. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 day from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to NRs. 3,00,000.00 which shall be valid for 120 days from the date of Bid opening.
7. If bidder wishes to submit bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in NWSC, Account No. 09400106248768000001 at Nepal Bank Limited, Gaushala, Mahottari and should submit scanned copy of original receipt of the deposited amount along with the bid.
8. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
9. In case of discrepancies or error in bidding document, tender notice or any other documents the NWSC reserves the right to amend and correct at any time.
10. NWSC reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
11. Matters not covcrcd by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 and other prevailing rule and regulations.
