INVITATION FOR BIDS

NMB Bank Ltd. (NMB) intends to upgrade its core banking platform to a versatile, robust, stable and resilient Core Banking System (CBS). NMB Bank invites sealed bids (technical and financial) from qualified bidders for upgrade, supply, installation, implementation, migration of legacy CBS and training of proposed CBS along with major hardware for proposed CBS.

The scope of the project envisages a complete solution (CBS hardware. CBS software and other) which may inter-alia include procurement, installation and maintenance of system software, application software, the Data Centre, Disaster Recovery Centre (DRC), and customization, parameterization and implementation of application software, project management, system/data migration and system integration with training to Bank’s designated personnel and hand-over successfully implemented system at the end of the agreed period.

A complete set of Bidding Document may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application, from NMB Bank Limited. Head Office. General Administration Department, upon payment of non-refundable fee of NRs. 25.000 (Nepalese Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque in favour of NMB Bank Limited. The bidders who purchase the bid document in their names only are eligible for submission of bid.

The complete bid should be submitted at NMB Bank at the following address within 5:00 PM of 21 days from the date of first publication of this notice. If there is a holiday on last day of submission, next working day will be applicable.
