1. Suryabinayak Municipality Office invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Samyukta Ward office, Sipadol-Dorlang-Doleshwor Road (Phase I, Cltainage: 0+000 to 1+400) under National Competitive Bidding-Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs. 3,60,00,000.00 with VAT

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: NRs. 2,30,00,000.00 with VAT

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Sury abinayak Municipality office, lihaktapur, Phone no. 0977-9841436118,9841514624, 9851018522, Email id: hktft7-gmail.com or may visit PPMO website w ww.bolpatra. gov, np/egp.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Suryabinayak Municipality Office, Bhaktapur by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundablc fee of 5000 till 2074/01/20.11 so requested, the Bidding Documents can also be sent by post/courier services upon payment of additional cost of NRs. 5000. However, the Employer will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of the documents so sent.

Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may down load the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s Web Site www.boIpatra.gov.np. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost(as specified above) of bidding document in the Project’s Main account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Suryabinayak Municipality Office, Bhaktapur at 2:00 PM on 2074/01/8
5. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office Suryabinayak Municipality, Bhaktapur by hand/courier or through PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np/egp. on or before 12:00 Noon on 2074/01/21. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 pm on 2074/01/21 at the Suryabinayak Municipality Office, Bhaktapur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of 7,80,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 7. If the last dale of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. The Employer reserve the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
9. Bidders who choose to submit the bid by E-Bidding System, must submit the original copies (Hard Copy) of mandatory documents to Suryabinayak Municipality, Bhaktapur, within the live days of last date of Bid submission. Non submission of the hard copy by the bidders within the specified time shall be considered as non responsive and may cause forfeiture of bid security.
