Citizens Bank International Limited established under the Bank and Financial Institution Act 2063, having its Head Office at Narayanhiti Path, Kathmandu invites sealed bids for “Proposal for Supply and Installation of Network Video Recorder and Internet Protocol Closed Circuit Cameras with all necessary hardware/software” for its all branch offices from Nepal registered Suppliers under the terms and conditions outlined below:-

A complete set of the Request for Proposal (RFP) including the Scope of Requirements may be obtained upon making a non-refundable payment of NPR 2,000.00 from the address given below between 10:00 hrs -17:30 hrs on working days from 4th April, 2017 to 9th April, 2017. The payment must be made in the form of Bank Name “Citizens Bank International Ltd.” Branch Code-Account Number: 999-916081000. The last date and time for submission of Bid (closing of Bid) is 10th April, 2017, 17.30 hrs.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 11th April, 2017, 15.00 hrs. Bidders who have submitted their proposal are expected to make their presentation on a date and time allocated by the Bank. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as mentioned in the bidding document. The Bank reserves the right to cancel the tender process at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
