Invitation for Bids

1. Tarakeshwor Municipality, office of the Municipal Executive invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Roads in Tarakeshwor Municipality under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information about the Bidding Documents at the office of Tarakeshwor Municipality, Dharmasthali, Kathmandu, Nepal or may visit PPMO e-GP system bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidding document is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system http://www.bolpatra.gov. np/egp. Interested bidders should register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following specified bank.

4. Interested bidders should submit online bids through e-procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/ egp only on or before 2076/10/18 (01-02-2020) 12:00. Bidders are required to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified in e-GP System Operating Guideline 2073 and User manuals issued by PPMO which arc available in e-GP system
5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Tarakeshwor Municipality Dharmasthali, Kathmandu Tarakeshwor, Kathmandu Nepal at 2076/10/09 (23-01-2020) 13:00 hours
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2076/10/18 (01-02-2020) 13:00 hours at the office of Tarakeshwor Municipality Dharmasthali, Kathmandu Tarakeshwor, Kathmandu Nepal.
7. Bids must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in case of pdf format. Bid Security shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

8. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
