Invites Sealed-Bid for Supply of Diary and Calendar
Mega Bank Nepal Limited invites sealed-bid from interested vendors/suppliers for the supply of Diary and Calendar for 2077 B.S.
Terms and Conditions:
- A copy of valid firm/company registration, VAT/PAN and latest Tax Clearance Certificate/evidence of submission of taxes.
- Experience letter (at least three years) of printing/supplying Diary/Calendar of any Bank and/or Corporate Office of Bank in Nepal.
Bid documents with details of work to be carried out can be purchased on payment of NPR 2,500/- (non-refundable) for Diary and NPR 1,500/- (non-refundable) for Calendar from Administration Department, Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Corporate Office, Rising Mall, Kamaladi during office hours from 6th January, 2020 to 20th January, 2020. Bid documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Administration Department, Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Corporate Office, Rising Mall, Kamaladi latest by 20th January, 2020 before 4:30 P.M. In case the last date of submission is declared a public holiday, the sealed-bid can be submitted on the next working day. Bid documents sent through courier/mail/fax will neither be accepted nor will they be returned to the sender.
The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
