  1. Each Bidding documents may be purchased from the above office of Procurement Section, Tribhuvan International Airport Civil Aviation Office and the office of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, Head Office, Store Section by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate. VAT registration certificate, income tax clearance certificate and applicable registration certificates and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in form of bank receipt for fee deposited in Account Number 58 in cash at Rastriya Banijya Bank, TIA Branch, Gauchar, Kathmandu.
  2. Each Wax Sealed/Stamp Bids must be submitted to the above date and office on or before 12:00. Documents received after this deadline will not be accepted.
  3. Each bid shall be opened in the presence of Bidders or Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend 14:00 on the above mentioned date and office. Bids shall be opened even in the absence of the bidders or their Authorized representative(s).
  4. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate Bid Bond in the form of a bank guarantee of the Nepalese * A* Class Bank or Bank Voucher of cash deposited at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Branch Office TIA, Gaucher, Account No.70 Successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond accordance with the prevailing Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation, 2064 before signing of Contract.
  5. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
  6. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever prior to award of contract.
  7. This notice also displayed on C’AAN Website/Avww.caanepal.org.np. and TIACAO Website// tiairport.com.np.
  8. The bidder shall quote for only one main offer. Alternate offer, if any, shall not be considered for evaluation.
  9. Any additional matters not covered by this shall be in accordance with the prevailing Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation, 2064 of the GON.
