1. The Central Cattle and Buffalo Promotion Office (CCBPO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following equipment under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The name and identification of the contract are as follows:

1. Eligible bidders may obtain further information at the office of CCBPO, Hariharbhawan, Lalitpur, Tel 01-5530846 and fax 01-5538902 and email ccbpol@gmail.com of project office.
2. Hard copy of bidding documents may be purchased from the office of CCBPO by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate and upon payment of a non-refundable fee on or before 5 April 2018 during office hours.

3. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the above office of CCBPO, Hariharbhawan, Lalitpur on or before 12:00 Noon, on 6 April 2018. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
4. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend 2:00 PM on 6 April 2018 at the office of CCBPO, Hariharbhawan, Lalitpur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security as mentioned above which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (bid validity period 120 days).
5. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
6. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act-2063, Public Procurement Regulations-2064 and their amendments.
7. The Goods and Related Services are grouped in package. Bids on individual item is not permitted.
8. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever
