Invitation For pre-Qualification of Contractors

1. Tribhuvan University, Institute of Medicine, Maharajgunj Medical Campus intends to pre-qualify

contractors for the construction of Academic Building for Maharajgunj Medical Campus at Maharajgunj. It is expected that invitation to bid will be made in September 2017.and is open to all National bidders from Nepal.

• The eligible Bidders are herewith requested to collect the pre-qualification documents from the TU, Institute of Medicine, Maharajgunj Medical Campus, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, Nepal upon payment of non-refundable fee of NRs. 15,000.00 deposited in the Himalayan Bank Limited, Maharajgunj, Account No. 00200553660016 of TU, IOM, Maharajgunj Medical Campus within 30 days from the Date of first publication on Normal Office hours.
• The complete pre-qualification document must be submitted to above Office address within 12.00 Hrs. of 31^st days from the Date of first publication. If the last date for purchase or submission of pre- qualification document falls on the public holiday the next consecutive working days shall be applicable for both purchase and submission.
• The pre-qualification document shall be opened in the bidders’ Representative who chooses to attend at 14.00 Hours on 31^st Days from the Date of first publication. If the bidder’s representative docs not choose to attend for opening, TU, IoM, Maharajgunj Medical Campus may open the Tender.
• The rules and regulations shall be according to Public Procurement Act, 2063, (Amendment 2073) and Public Procurement rules, 2064.
• The Employer reserves the right to acccpt or reject any or all contractor’s pre-qualification document without assigning any reason whatsoever
• Pre-qualification will be conducted following the criteria contained in the pre-qualification documents
