• Government of Nepal (GoN) through Central Level Project Implementation Unit has applied for a grant from EU toward the cost of Singhadurbar Reconstruction Implementation Project Unit (SRIU) and intends to apply a portion of this grant to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposal (RFP) is invited for national consulting service.
• Singhadurbar Reconstruction Project Implementation Unit(SRIU) now invites Request for Proposal from eligible consulting firms (“consultant”) to provide the following two consulting services separately:

1. SRIU/NCB/CS/02/073-74-Preparation of Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design, cost estimate and documentation of Metropolitan Security Police Battalion (MSPB) Building at Singhadurbar, Kathmandu.
2. SRIU/NCB/CS/03/073-74 Preparation of Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design, cost estimate and documentation of West Gate with adjoining building at North and South Sides including Geo technical investigation at Singhadurbar, Kathmandu.

• More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).
• Maximum no. of joint venture partners are three.
• Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information and RFP document free of cost at the Office of SRIU during the office hours till 2074/04/10. Consultants may associate with other consultants to enhance their qualifications.
• Last date for submission of RFP in the office of SRIU before 12:00 hrs of 2074/04/11.Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Consultants will be selected under QCBS (Quality and Cost Based Selection) and procedure is described to submit technical and financial proposal in the RFP.
• To qualify in each consulting service package as mentioned above, the consultant shall provide separate technical qualification in aggregate.
• If the last date for submission is declared as a holiday by Government of Nepal after issue of this RFP Notice, then first working day thereafter will be the last date for submission.
