Invitation for Sealed Bids

Sanima Bank Ltd. invites sealed bids from interested contractors for the construction of its branch building at Inaruwa with the following terms and conditions.

• At least 5 years of work experience of commercial buildings with minimum average annual turnover of NPR 50 Million in last 3 years with construction of 3 buildings contract in last three years where one building shall be of NPR 20 million.
• The bid documents with specifications and other details for the construction works may be obtained from Bank’s General Service Department Head Office during office hours till November 21.2017. except public holidays upon payment of NPR 10.000/- (non-refundable) for the set of document.
• Each Bidder should submit a bid bond worth minimum NPR One Million with validity of 60 days.

-Bidder company/firm should be registered with the Government of Nepal and should have updated company/firm registration certificate and latest tax clearance status.

• Original signed copies of all the bid documents along with copies of related certificates and a CD with filled BOQ should be submitted to the Bank’s General Service Department in a sealed envelope by 2.00 P.M. on November 22.2017.The bid documents will be opened at 3.00 P.M. on November 22.2017 at the bank with/without presence of the bidders.The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
