1. The Godawari Municipality has allocated Road Board Nepal (RBN) funds towards the cost of the above projects specified in table below and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract. Sealed Quotation is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. The Godawari Municipality, Office of the Godawari Municipal Executive, Bajrabarahi, Lalitpur invites sealed quotation or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of the above projects under Scaled Quotation.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Sealed Quotation Documents at the Godawari Municipality, Office of the Godawari Municipal Executive, Bajrabarahi, Lalitpur, Phone No. 01-5572592 or may visit PPMO website:- bolpatra.gov.np/egp/
4. A complete set of sealed quotation documents may be purchased from the office of Godawari Municipality, Office of the Godawari Municipal Executive, Bajrabarahi, Lalitpur by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as specified in table below till 2074/10/25 BS (2018/02/08AD). If so requested, the Sealed Quotation Documents can also be sent by post/courier services upon payment of additional cost of NRs. 1500. However, the Employer will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of the documents so sent.

Bidder who chooses to submit their sealed quotation electronically may purchase the hard copy of the sealed quotation documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s Web Site www.boIpatra.gov.np/egp/, Sealed Quotation document is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders should register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of a non-refundable fee as specified in table below till only on or before 12:00 hrs. on 2074/10/26 BS (2018/02/09 AD) in the following specified bank.

5. Sealed quotation or electronic sealed quotation must be submitted to the Godawari Municipality, Office of the Godawari Municipal Executive, Bajrabarahi, Lalitpur by hand/courier or Interested bidders should submit online bids through e-procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp only on or before 12:00 hrs on 2074/10/26 BS (2018/02/09 AD). Bidders arc required to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified in e-GP System Operating Guideline 2074 issued by PPMO which are available in e-GP system. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The sealed quotation will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs. on 2074/10/26 BS (2018/02/09 AD) at the office specified above. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of as specified in table below, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
9. All interested bidders are requested to consult PPMO or Godawari Municipality, Bajrabarahi, Lalitpur for the information about online bidding till date:- 2074/10/17 BS (2018/01/31 AD).
