1. The Nepal Tourism Board, Bhrikutimandap invites sealed quotation from eligible bidders for the procurement of laptop computers as mentioned below.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Nepal Tourism Board, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu phone No. 01-4256909
3. Sealed Quotation forms can be purchased from the office Nepal Tourism Board, Bhrikutimandap eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of firm registration certificate, copy of application, along with the copy of firm registration certificate, copy of VAT and PAN registration certificate duly certified by Notary Public and Tax clearance  Certificate of FY 074/075 or submission of Tax Return up to 074/075 duly certified from the Inland Revenue Office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for items as mentioned in the above table during office hours on all working day within 30th day from the date of first publication of this notice from Nepal Tourism Board, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, either in the form of cash or in the form of Bank Voucher in the name of Nepal Tourism Board, Bhrikutimandap, account No. 00101010030218 at Nepal Investment Bank Limited, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu.

4. Sealed Quotation must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of Sealed Quotation and must be accompanied by bid bond amount as mentioned in the above table either by original Bid Bond (Bank Guarantee) issued by a Commercial Bank approved by Nepal Rastra Bank in the format provided in the Sealed Quotation document or in the form of Bank Voucher cash also can be deposited in the name of Nepal Tourism Board. Bhrikutimandap. Kathmandu, account No. 00101010030218 at Nepal Investment Bank Limited, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu, which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of Sealed Quotation.

5. Sealed Quotation must be submitted to the office of Nepal Tourism Board, Bhrikutimandap on or before 12.00 Noon (NST- Nepal Standard Time) on 2076/03/26. Bids indicating name of the contract, contract ID no. Package/s no. bidder’s name and address.

6. Bids received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

7. The Sealed Quotation received by the due date and within specified time will be opened at 2:00 PM on 2076/03/27 at NTB in the presence of the applicant or their authorized representative chosen to attend. Absence of the applicant or their authorized representative, however, shall not hamper the opening of the Bids.

8. The successful Bidders shall deliver a Performance Security in cash or Bank Guarantee equivalent to 5% of the Bid amount.

9. The bidder must submit the Self Declaration that the firm has not any conflict of interest, black-listed and punished related with the business in separate letter head of the firm.

10. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.

11. Sealed Quotation should comply in all respects with the instructions to Bidder included in the Sealed Quotation form. Non- compliance with these instructions shall result in non-responsive and disqualifies bidding document.

12. Any modification/withdrawal letter must be accompanied by authorized letter.

13. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
