Duhun Rural Municipality Hikila, Darchula to apply the assistance to cover eligible

payments under the construction of Ma.Vi. Bin School , Pipalchauri, Duhun ,

Darchula.

1. The Duhun Rural Municipality Hikila, Darchula invites sealed bids from registered contractors for the construction of single storied school building.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Duhun Rural Municipality, Hikila , Ph : 9749117455 /9749543094 , email duhunrm@gmail.com within office hours.
3. Bidding documents may be purchased from the above office of Duhun Rural Municipality, Hikila by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 3000.00, within office hour of 30 ^th day from the first date of publication.
4. Bids must be submitted to the above office of Duhun Rural Municipality, Hikila on or before 12: 00 hours of 31 ^st day from the first date of publication. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hours of 31 ^S1 day from the first date of publication at the office of Duhun Rural Municipality, Hikila.
6. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of 3 % of the quoted Bid amount (inclusive of VAT), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
7. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No.4090303007109 Ga 3 at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Darchula and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
9. Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.
10. Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at the office of Duhun Rural Municipality, Hikila at 14:00 hours on 2075/01/25.
11. Bidders Annual Turnover and Experience requirement are:

• Average Annual Turnover of the best 3 years
• Minimum Work experience of similar nature :
