- Mid Regional Police Training Center Dudhauli, Sindhuli invites electronic bid from eligible and interested bidders for the following works under NCB Single stage double envelope Procedures. Eligible bidders having the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years and Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature at least two having the value mentioned in Table below.

- Bidders may download the bidding documents and submit their bids electronically through e-procurement at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp PPMO’s portals specified in the bidding data sheet. Bidders should deposit the equivalent fee for bidding document in the respective Revenue Account as below within the date and time specified.

- Pre bid meeting shall be held at Mid Regional Police Training Center Dudhauli, Sindhuli at 13:00 Hours on 2074/10/19.
- Electronic bids must be submitted at Mid Regional Police Training Center Dudhauli, Sindhuli through PPMO websites on or before 12:00 Hours on 2074/10/29. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
- The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 Hours on 2074/10/29. at the at Mid Regional Police Training Center Dudhauli, Sindhuli.
- If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
- Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of above mentioned amount, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid after deadline of Bid Submission.
- Bid Security Guarantee must be in the format prescribed in the bid document.
- Any amendment in this tender notice shall be pasted on the notice board of the Mid Regional Police Training Center Dudhauli, Sindhuli and the PPMO’s portal bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
- Other things not included in bidding documents will be as per Public Procurement (1st Amended) Act 2073 and PPR 2064 (5th Amended 2073 BS).
- The employer reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
