- Tribhuvan International Airport Civil Aviation Office (TIACAO), Gauchar. Kathmandu intends to apply part of its fund to cover eligible payment under the Contracts for the Procurement of the Works as specified below in the table:

- Last date and time to purchase the Bid documents is up to 2074/02/07, 17:00 hrs. and submission of bids up to 2074/02/08, 12:00 hrs.
- TIACAO, Civil Engineering Division (CED) invites sealed Bids(two envelope system) submitted manually or electronically from all the eligible Nepalese Bidders maximum three [3] partners in Joint Venture) for the procurement of above works under National Competitive Bidding (NCB).
- Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of the Chief, CED, TIACAO, Gauchar, Kathmandu, Phone: 01-4490699, 01-4113033 (2534).
- Hard copy of Bidding documents may be purchased from the above office of TIACAO on the written application an upon submission of tax invoice rcccipt from revenue section of the airport after submission of non-rcfundablc amount submitted on Current Account Number 58 of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Airport Branch, TIA. Bid Security amount stated above can also be submitted on Account Number 70 of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Airport Branch. TIA.
- Hard copy of the e-submittcd to CED/T1ACAO within the 3 (three) days from the last date of submission of bid. Any hardcopy submitted or received later than the stipulated time shall not be entertained.
- Sealed Bids must be submitted to CED/TIACAO, Gauchar, Kathmandu on/or before 12:00 hours of the last day of submission of Bids as specified above. Alternatively, Bidders may submit their bid electronically through e-procurement section in PPMO website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np
- Sealed Bids and E-submittcd bids shall be opened in the prcscncc of Bidders representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hours of the last date of submission of the Bids at the office of CED. TIACAO.
- Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their Bids.
- TIACAO reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the Bids without assigning any reasons, whatsoever.
- If the last date of purchasing, submission and the opening of the Bids falls on Government Holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the respective last dates
- Other terms and conditions as per active Public Procurement act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulations 2064.
