1. The Government of Nepal has allocated funds towards the cost of Local Road Bridge Programme/Rl ISWAP/DCC fund and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for construction of bridges on Roshi River,Milche Borang Taldhunga Banakhu Road , Khopasi Taldhunga Rural Road and Construction of DCC Building Hall Works as per specified below . Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. Office of District Coordination Commitee invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of motarable suspension bridge in Roshi Khola , Construction of RCC bridge on Roshi river under National Competitive Bidding

Two Envelope Bidding procedures and Milche Borang Taldhunga Banakhu Road , Khopasi Taldhunga Rural Road and DCC Building Hall Works under National Competitive Bidding.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office

of District Coordination Commitee,Kavrepalanchowk or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp for Bridges and bolpatra.gov.np for Roads and Building Works.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of District Coordination

Commitee,Kavrepalanchowk and by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon

payment of a non-refundable fee as per specified in table below till 25/01/2074(08/05/2017). If so requested, the Bidding Documents can also be sent by post/courier services upon payment of additional cost of NRs. 1500.00. However, the Employer will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of the documents so sent.

Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may down load the bidding documents fore-submission from PPMO’s Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp for bridges and www.bolpatra.gov.np for Roads and Building Works . Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost(as specified below) of bidding document in the Project’s Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Office of District Coordination Commitee at 1:00 PM on 14/01/2074(27/04/2017).
6. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office of District Coordination Commitee,Kavre by hand/courier or through PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np. on or before 12:00PM on 26/01/2074(09/05/2017). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 1:00PM on 26/01/2074(09/05/2017) at the office of District Coordination Commitee,Kavre. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid(amount specified below), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
