The Nepal Agricultural Research Council, Rainbow Trout Fishery Research Station, Dhunche, Rasuwa invites Sealed Quotation from registered contractors for the construction of works enclosed hereunder.

Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the officc of Rainbow Trout Fishery Research Station, Dhunchc, Rasuwa, Phone : 977-10-540024 Bidding documents may be purchased from the above office and the office of Pasture and Fodder Research station, Dhunchc, Rasuwa by eligible bidders on or before 17:00 Hrs. on 5″’ May 2017 on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as per the table below. Bidders may also deposit the document fee accordingly in account no. 11100100668816000001 in the name of Rainbow Trout Fishery Research Station, Dhunche, Rasuwa at NEPAL BANK LIMITED, Dhunche.

Sealed Quotation must be submitted to the above office of Rainbow Trout Fishery Research Station, Rasuwa, on or before 12:00 Hrs. on 7″‘ May 2017. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

Sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 15:00 llrs. on 7^th May 2017 at the office of Rainbow Trout Fishery Research

Scaled Quotation must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting as mentioned hereunder, which shall be valid for minimum of 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Securty in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No. l-KHA-3 in the Name of KOSH TAHTA I.EKHA NIYANTRAK KARYALAYA, Dhunche, Rasuwa office code no: 24-312-05 at NEPAL BANK LIMITED Dhunche, Rasuwa and

submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the sealed Quotation.

If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.

Bidders arc advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their sealed Quotation.

2063. Rest shall comply with Nepal Agricultural Research council financial administration by laws 2049, Public procurement act 2063. public procurement regulations 2064 and oilier prevailing acts and regulations.
2064. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotation without assigning any reason, whatsoever
