Office of District Co-ordination Committee Kanchanpur invites sealed Single Stage Double Envelope Technical and Financial sealed bids or electronic bids in the form of Technical and financial bids for the construction of the following works:

1. The government of Nepal has received a Grant from Government of India towards the cost of Implementation of Development Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Construction of building (Three Storied RCC Framed Structure) of Shree Pashupati Shiksha Mandir Belauri__Municipality -12, Ratanpur, contract identification number of Contract: ODCC/KAN/EOI/55/073-074. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders.
2. Office of District Co-ordination Committee, Kanchanpur invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of building (Two Storied RCC Framed Structure) of Shree_Pashupati Shiksha Mandir Belauri_Municipality -12, Ratanpur. Qualification requirements include minimum required average annual construction turnover, experience in similar nature works (Building construction works), minimum number of essential equipment, qualification and experience of key professional stalls, minimum amount of liquid assets and/ or credit facilities as specified in the bidding documents. Qualification requirement details can be obtained from Web Site http://www.bolpatra.gov.np (e-GP-11).
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of District Co-ordination Committee, Kanchanpur, Telephone No: .099-523778,Fax no.099-521148 within office hours. The bidders may visit the website: V/www. bolpatra.gov.np. (e-GP-II).
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of District Co ordination Committee, Kanchanpur upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 5000.00 on or before 17:00 July 24> 2017. For the purpose of Bidders who choose to submit their bid electronically through Website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np(e-GP-lI).
5. the Bidders may purchase the hard copy of bidding documents or may choose to download the necessary part of bidding documents, prepare their bids and submit their electronic bids as specified in the instructions to Bidders. In case the Bidder chooses to download and submit bid electronically, the Bidder shall be required to deposit the cost of bidding document in the DDC’s Rajaswa (revenue) account either by direct deposit or by tele-transfer of deposit in the DDC account for the purchase the bids as specified below and electronic scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher or Tele-transfer certificate shall also be submitted along with the electronic bid files.

6. Bids must be delivered to the Office of the District Co-ordination Committee, Kanchanpur on or before 12:00 hrs of July 25 , 2017. Alternatively, bidders may submit their bid electronically through Web Site http://www.bolpatra.gov.np.as specified in the Instruction to Bidders. Late bids will be rejected. I’he Sealed Bids and the e-submitted bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs. on date July 25, 2017. at the Office of the District Co-ordination Committee, Kanchanpur.
7. All bids shall be accompanied by a valid bid security of an amount not less than the amount as specified below. The bid security guarantee shall confirm to the standard format as specified in the bid document. The bid security guarantee issued by only the commercial bank approved by Nepal Rastra Bank shall be accepted by the employer. If the bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the bidder has to deposit cash in deposit account No. 4180303007101 (Ga/3).Dharauti Khata) of Office of the District Coordination Committee ,Kanchanpur at Rastriya Banijya Bank Mahendranagar and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash or scanned copy of such receipt in pdf format in case of e-bid should be submitted along with the bid.
8. Bids must be valid up 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in ease of e-bid, with validity period should not less than 120 days from bid opening
9. Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at the Office of the District Coordination Committee, Kanchanpur on date July 17,2017, at 15:00 hrs. The bidder or his authorized representative is encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to clarify any issue regarding the bid documents and to demonstrate the process of e-submission and opening of bids.
10. If the specified date for pre-bid meeting, last date of submission and opening falls on a Government holiday then the same time on the next working day shall be considered for such events. In such case the validity of bid security shall be considered from already specified last date for bid submission.
11. Any intimidation, collusion and cartel ling during bidding process shall be punishable by law.
