Re-Advertisement of Sealed Bid Quotation of House Rent for Mega Bank Nepal Limited

Mega Bank Nepal Limited invites sealed bid quotation for suitable premises preferably on ground floor for rent at a major location of Sindhupalchowk, Chautara area with an approximate area of 1500-2500 sq. ft. in a single/double floor for a period of at least 10 years.

following documents are to be enclosed in the sealed bid quotation:

1. Proposed building shall be as per the standard prescribed by the Government of Nepal and should not fall in road extension plan.
2. Location map of the building with photographs, copy of Lalpurja of the property and/or lease agreement shall be submitted to the Bank in sealed Bid.
3. Separate space for the ATM to be provided in the front face of building/property.
4. Proposed building shall have space for Parking, Generator placement along with facility of water supply.
5. Facilities available in the building and other additional charges if any.
6. Rent per sq. ft. for carpet area inclusive of rent tax and other applicable taxes.
7. Name of the contact person with contact number and citizenship certificate of the owner.

Bid documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressing Administration Department, Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Corporate Office, Rising Mall, Kamaladi latest by 2^nd July 2017 before 4:00 p.m. In case the last late of submission is declared a public holiday, the sealed bid can be submitted on the next working day. The Sealed Bid can be submitted to the Corporate Office, Rising Mall or to the nearest branches of the Bank.

The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without is signing any reason whatsoever.
