1. The Government of Nepal fGoNJ has allocated funds or received a loan/credit/grant from GoN, Madi Municipality towards the cost of Heavy Equipment’s and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. Madi Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible bidders tor the Buying of Heavy Equipments under National Competitive Bidding procedures.

4. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may down load the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’S web site bolpatra.gov.np/egp Bidders, submitting their bid electronically , should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the Rajaswa ( revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Madi Municipality Office, Basantapur -03 Madi Chitwan at 2074/08/15
6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Madi Municipality Office , basantapur , Chitwan through PPMO web site : bolpatra.gov.np/egp or below 12:00 hours on 2074/08/24, Bids received after this deadline will be rejected .
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00hour on 2074/08/24 at the office of Madi Municipality Office, Basantapur -03 Madi Chitwan. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid , amounting to a minimum 3% of Tender Amount, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid .
8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. In case of electronically submitted PDF tiles, the bidder shall submit original bid security letter/ documents and clarification within 7 days from the last date of Bid submission. Bidders not submitting the above mentioned letters and documents with in the specified time shall be considered non-responsive.
10. Other mandatory information as per PPA 2063 and PPR 2064.
11. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason , whatsoever. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site and assess the actual site condition before submitting their bid.
