• The Government of Nepal / Thakur Baba Muncipality, Office of the Muncipal Executive, Sain a war, Bardiya, has grants from Government of Nepal and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for execution of the works listed below table. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese and Foreign Bidders.
• Thakur baba Municipality invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of works as per table below under sealed bids and National Competitive Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders should participate in this bidding:

• A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of Thakur Baba Municipality Office, Sain a war, Bardiyaby eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of as per table belowtill date as below.

• Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Thakur Baba Muncipality Office one week (7 Days) before the last submission date..
• Sealed bids must be submitted to the office Thakur Baba municipality Officeby hand before 12:00 noon on date as per table. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
• The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 1:0() PM on date as per table below at the office of Thakur Baba Municipality, Sain a war, Bardiya. Bids must be valid for a period of days as per table after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid. amounting to a minimum of as per table below which shall be valid for 90 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
• If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remainthe same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
