Request for Expression of Interest (EOI)

for construction of Grid-Connected Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Power Projects (First published date 13th Jun, 2017 (BS 2074/02/30)

Ridi Hydropower Development Company Limited wish to construct and operate a grid-connected solar photovoltaic power project with a capacity of 8.5 MW at Butwal, Rupendhehi district, Nepal to be connected in the 33 KV side.

The various activities involved in the construction of this project shall include, but not limited to, detailed engineering & design, finalization of key equipment & BOM, site preparation, vendor finalization, logistics management of all materials, testing of material before dispatch & receipt, all civil works at site, DC side electrical works, all AC side civil & electrical works including substation construction at site, laying of transmission line, bay construction and connection at NBA substation, commissioning, handover etc.

Ridi Hydropower Development Company Limited intend to award turnkey EPC contract for the project to a reputed company/consortium that has good prior experience of carrying out such work. The company request for EOI from all interested contractor companies/vendors/suppliers to submit their Letter of Intent (LOI) understanding the work requirements with commitment and strength for the related works on the following packages in 15 days of first publication of this notice.

Interested bidders should submit following eligibility documents along with EOI documents duly certified by them as “true copy” and need to produce the original copy during EOI evaluation process:

1. Letter showing interest for carrying out turnkey EPC work of the project
2. Company profit and MOU for JV, if any
3. Company Statutory Documents (Company Registration, VAT Registration, Service tax registration, other certificates etc.)
4. Previous work expcricncc widi Work Completion Certificates

The company holds all rights reserved to accept or decline any or all EOI received with or without assigning any reason whatsoever.
