SECOND NOTICE FOR INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Special Economic Zone Development Committee (SEZDC), under Ministry of Industry (MOl) hereby invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest for providing the consulting service funded by the Government of Nepal for the following work:

a. Implementation of Skill Development Training on Tailoring (Level -1):

Contract No. MOI/SEZDC/CS/40 /073/74 Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to render these services. Expression of Interest (HOI) Document and Terms of References (TOR) will be provided from the project office before 14th day from the first publication date of this notice.

The consultant will be short listed on the basis of minimum eligibility criteria and ranking criteria The minimum eligibility criteria of the Consulting Firms will be Minimum 7 years of Standing renewed Corporate Registration, Tax clearancc up to FY 072/73 ,VAT Registration and letter of Commitment for code of ethics and for adherence to anti corruption policy. The ranking criteria based on various details to be provided by the Consultants such as General Experience of Consultant, Experience in Similar Projects, Availability of Staff with suitable Qualification, Financial Capability, Equipment and Facilities. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued to all the short listed consultants.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) including all relevant documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the SEZDC Office, Babannahal and it should reach the office no later than the working hours of the 15th day from the publication date of this notice. In case of that day being a holiday, the next day will be considered the last day of submission. The EOI shall be opened on 14.00 hrs of the next day in the presence of representatives of the consultants; however, the absence of those will not hinder the opening of EOI.

The SEZDC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without giving any reason whatsoever. Further information on the proposals can be obtained from SEZDC during office hours.
