1. The Police Head Quarters, Crime Investigation department invites scaled bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following goods:

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Police Head Quarters C rime Investigation Department, Account Section Naxal.

3. Bidding documents may be purchased from the Police Head Quarters. Crime Investigation Department, Account SectionNaxal, Kathmandu or Metropolitan Police Office, Ranipokhari by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application along with the company/firm registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration certificate, and Tax clearance certificate F/Y 2072/073.

4. For the purpose of the Bidders who wish to submit their bid electronically, can access through website https://www.bolpatra.gov.np They may purchase the hard copy of bidding documents or may choose to download the necessary part of bidding documents, prepare their bid and submit their electronic bids as specified in the instructions to Bidders (Annex -1) in the Bid Document. In case the bidder chooses to download and submit bid electronically, the Bidder shall be required to deposit the non-re fundable fee as specified above in clause 3, and submit the scanned copy (pdf format file) of the bank deposit voucher.

5. Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at Police Head Quarters, Crime Investigation Department. Naxal on 16 April, 2017 at 14.00 pm

6. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the above office of Police Head Quarters’ Crime Investigation Department. Naxal before above mentioned deadlines, documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

7. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to mentioned in above which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

9. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
