Invitation for Bids for the Construction of Health Post and VDC Office

• The Government of Nepal [GoN] has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of Health Post and VDC Office and intends to apply part ofthc funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Construction of Health Post and VDC Office. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
• District Technical Office, Ramechhap invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Health Post and VDC Office under National Competitive Bidding procedures as mentioned below.

• Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office

• A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office District Technical Office, Manthali. Ramcchhap by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of valid company/firm registration certificate, tax clearance certificate of IVY 2072/73 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as mentioned above within 30 days of first date of publication of Notice.

• Pre-bid meeting shall be held at District Technical Office. Manthali Ramechhap at 12:00 hours on 2074/01/04.
• Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of District Technical Office by hand/courier on or before 12:00 hours on 31^s: day of first publication of Notice. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
• The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hours on 31 day of first publication of Notice at the office of District Technical Office, Manthali, Ramechhap Bids must l>e valid for a period of 90 days alter bid opening and must Ik* accompanied by a bid security amounting as mentioned above, which shall be valid lor 30 days beyond the validity period ofthc bid.
• If the date of pre bid meeting and the last date of purchasing and for submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
• The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partially any or all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
