Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Compound Wall at Itahari, Sunsari under National Competitive Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders should participate in this bidding. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Building Construction and Housing Management Department, Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh, Pulchowk, Lalitpur, 01-5010007, 5010009.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Building Construction and Housing Management Department, Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh, Pulchowk, Lalitpur OR Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh, Branch Office Biratnagar, Biratnagar by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3,000.00 till 2074-10-11 before 1:30 PM. The cash should be deposited in the Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh Accounts of the following banks and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the application. The receipt must include the name of the Bidder.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of Building Construction and Housing Management Department, Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh, Pulchowk, Lalitpur by hand on or before 12:15 PM on 2074-10-12. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 1:30 PM, 2074-10-12 at the office of Building Construction and Housing Management Department, Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh, Pulchowk, Lalitpur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 2,30,000.00 (Two lakh thirty thousand only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
