Invitation for Electronics Bids for the

procurement of Double Cab pickup

• The Government of Nepal has allocated fluids to cover eligible payment under the Contract for IFB No: DOHS/G/NCB-29 Procurement of Double Cab Pickup. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese and Foreign Bidders.
• Logistic Management Division. Department of Health Services invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply & Delivery of Double Cab Pickup under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
• Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Department of Health Services. Logistics Management Division Teku Kathmandu Nepal or may visit PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np.
• Bidding documents is available online and can be download from e-GP system: bolpatra. gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit NRs 5000.00 the cost of bidding document in the following bank.

• Interested Bidders must submit Bids through bolpatra. gov.np/egp to Department of Health Services. Logistics Management Division Teku Kathmandu on or before 28-01- 2018 12:00. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
• The bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend on 13:00 hours of 28-01-2018 at the office of Department of Health Services Logistics Management Division. Teku. Kathmandu Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security, amortizing to a minimum of NRs 8.00.000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period till 27 may 2018.
• If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
• The Employer reserv es the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
