• Ministry of Finance. Department of Customs, Jaleshwor Customs Office (JC/O). Mahottari invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of CANTEEN BUILDING . PASSENGER SECTION TRUSS and BROKER (a (Agent) BUILDING CONSTRUCTION under competitive bidding.
• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information, drawings and inspect the Bidding Documents from the Jaleshwor Customs Office (JC’O). Mahottari.
• A complete set of bidding document may be purchased from office before 17:00 hour (30th day from first day of notice published)
• Bidding documents can be downloaded from e-GP system also.

• Electronic Bids must be submitted through wnir.gov.np/egp before 12:00 Hour 25 Feb 2018 or Bids (Bid documents purchased from office) must be submitted to the Jaleshwor Customs Office. Mahottari before 12:00 Hour, 25 Feb 2018.
• Bids shall be opened in presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 14:00 Hour on 25Feb 2018 at the office of Jaleshwor Customs Office. Mahottari. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of NPr as per follow lug. The Bid Security shall be in the name of the Bidder and must be counter-guaranteed by a A Class Commercial Bank. The Bid Security must be valid for thirty (30) days beyond the bid validity period (i.e. as per following).

Job and costs detail

• If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
• In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other document, the JC/O reserves the right to amend and correct at any time.
• JC/O reserves the right to accept or reject the bids without assigning any reason what soever.
